Services include:
- Personal Support – Assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and meal prep.
- Companion Care – Social support, emotional companionship, and supervision to reduce isolation and improve quality of life.
- Skilled Nursing – In-home clinical care provided by licensed RNs or LPNs for individuals requiring medical oversight or complex care.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) may include the following;
- Personal care: This includes bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Mobility assistance: This includes help with getting in and out of bed, walking, and using stairs.
- Meal preparation and cleanup: This includes planning, shopping for, cooking, and serving meals, as well as cleaning up afterwards.
- Medication management: This includes reminding veterans to take their medications on time and in the correct dosage.
- Housekeeping: This includes tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping floors.
